The 3rd party scheduling team is not in sync with the office staffs. Customers are not sure when they receive an appointments confirmation email. The office staffs mentioned they will call customers to confirm their appointments otherwise email confirmation is invalid. It is very confusing.

I had to wait for 1 hour for a 2 min consultation. I was expecting dental cleaning to be done in the same visit like any other dental clinics but I was told it needs to be scheduled separately and next appointment after 3 months.
