The staff was very nice very kind the dentist she was very kind I like it cuz I have a fear of needles and she was very kind and thankful to me I didn't get no needles but we talked and she has patience and I like that so I already started recommending me already so good job

Thank you for requesting my feedback.During my visit, X-rays were taken but were not shown or explained to me. When I expressed that I have never had a filling before, I felt that my concern was dismissed rather than addressed with a clear explanation.The interaction felt defensive at times, and I did not feel heard or respected as a patient. I would have appreciated being shown the X-rays and having the findings explained so I could better understand my condition and participate in my care.Clear communication, transparency, and respect are very important to me. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations, and I will not be returning.I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients.

The secret on the front and dentist and the assistant is very polite . The only thing that i dint like is have to come back for cleaning.

Was scheduled for a checkup and cleaning and they had me down for something else so now I have to go back

THE NEW DENTIST IS A SCAM SET UP APPOINTMENTS THAT UNNECESSARY JUST TO CHANGE INSURANCE AND THE PLACE IS DIRTY
