I booked for a cleaning and when I was seated they told me the hygienist wasn’t in the office. So I wasted my time.

My first visit was just a consulting visit wished it could be consulting and a cleaning so I didn't have to make so many trips.

Every one was polite and didn’t have a long wait time.

Very attentive staff. Wait times not long. Dentist was very sweet and thorough answering all my questions. Pleasant atmosphere!

Prior to doing my filling, Dr. Parker looked on the schedule and told me that I was not scheduled for a cleaning that day as expected and that I should speak with the front desk. After my filling was complete, I went to the front desk and explained that I also came in for a cleaning but I apparently was not on the schedule. The receptionist nonchalantly told me it was because they do not have any cleaning appointments available. I asked when the next availability was and she responded January.
