Prior to doing my filling, Dr. Parker looked on the schedule and told me that I was not scheduled for a cleaning that day as expected and that I should speak with the front desk. After my filling was complete, I went to the front desk and explained that I also came in for a cleaning but I apparently was not on the schedule. The receptionist nonchalantly told me it was because they do not have any cleaning appointments available. I asked when the next availability was and she responded January.

I came for a service Im paying for. Not to be lectured about flossing. Im 51 years old and this is not my first dentist. Every dentist has a different opinion on how to floss or brush etc. But the continued bickering about flossing got to me. I will no be coming back here again. Thank you
