Tech was,very friendly and Dr Patel is very thorough with her exam and took the time to explain the procedure. She understood my fear and did the impossible to keep me,as,calm as,possible

I was told by the dental hygienist that I had to have a deep cleaning, and she refused to do regular cleanings I explained to her that I did not want that treatment and why but she refused to set up another appointment because I did not follow( her )treatment plan. The patient should be the one who decides what treatment is preferred. I had not had deep cleanings in 20 years. I now have to find another office to have my teeth cleaned. Does this person make all decisions for patient care??

I was able to get in quickly with an emergency appointment and when I arrived on time I signed in and sat down and was immediately called in to get X-rays taken to see what was causing my pain. I needed the tooth extracted and that happened about 10 minutes later.

I had just moved nearby and needed an emergency appointment. The entire staff was excellent and the dentist was wonderful. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

My experience at this office was incredibly disappointing and honestly appalling for a new patient. The hygienist, Heili, did not even introduce herself and was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in bedside manner. Before she had even examined my teeth or gums, she looked at my X-rays and immediately began telling me I needed a deep cleaning and discussing the cost. She even used a deep cleaning I had 10–15 years ago as further justification, despite my explaining that I later learned that treatment had been unnecessary.My brief interaction with the dentist did nothing to restore my confidence. I was barely examined before being told that a deep cleaning was essentially my only option and that it was necessary to prevent serious dental problems in the future. Making such an alarming recommendation after such a minimal examination did not inspire confidence in the care I was receiving. I also specifically came in with a painful, irritated area that I wanted evaluated, yet that concern seemed completely overshadowed by the push for a deep cleaning. I ultimately left without receiving the care I came for because the entire experience felt far more focused on selling an expensive treatment than listening to me, thoroughly evaluating my concerns, or earning my trust as a new patient. I absolutely will not be returning, and neither will my husband or stepson.

Except that it is a dentist visit! Everything went well.

The dentists were friendly and understanding which has differed from every other dentist experience I've had.
