Nice staff, quick appointments, clean.

Because I was not told that a file was broken and left in my tooth during a root canal (I understand it’s a rare but known complication) I ended up not only losing that tooth…but five other teeth on the bottom had to be filed down for a bridge to be placed.An implant was not an option and the endodontist said using just two teeth for a bridge would not be strong enough. So now I’ve had one tooth pulled and FIVE others filed down to sticks. An explanation is in order

My first experience at this dentist went well. As a new patient, I must admit I was a little surprised that neither the hygienist nor the dentist actually introduced themselves to me. A few X-rays were taken, my teeth were cleaned, and my mouth was examined for other potential issues, which was all done gently and with care. I am used to having my teeth polished as the final step in the cleaning process, but after doing my own research, it appears the hygienist was utilizing a newer, different method called air polishing. At the time I was a little confused, but now I think I understand the process used. In the end, this dental office includes kind, courteous, and professional staff, but I might suggest a slight improvement in patient communication.

First I saw Haily for a cleaning and x-rays she’s very nice and professional. Then I saw Dr Aiello. It turns out he’s also my father, Edward Mayer’s dentist and my sister, Donna Clemente! I didn't know that until after my visit. Dr Aiello was very kind and thorough.
