My only concern that for the first time my insurance was charged for a minimal procedure and I personally was charged 40 dollars to have my veneer recemented. This has occurred many times in the past and I was never charged along with a insurance claim!!!!

I waited for a half hour before the doctor came in. I stopped one of the assistants to ask her when I would be assisted! She said he was running late! My time is just as valuable as the doctors. Someone should have stop in and told me he was running late - that’s a simple courtesy’

I had a problem with billing it took forever to straighten it outI called to see if I needed an appointment to check my mouthguard and receptionist said no but when I got there they said I needed an appt so I went there for nothing and had to be seen later the next week
