I submitted 2 WOs ; I did receive the AC filter. However, nobody came by this past Friday to replace the kitchen faucet head. I understand it was a holiday so just keeping it on the radar , please advise once fulfill. Thanks!

Toilet flooded, tried plunging, no bueno. I put bath towels on the floor, had to leave the house, put in an emergency request. By the time I returned, maintenance had the issue resolved and was polite enough to put the soiled towels in the tub. Greatly appreciated. Thank you
