Toilet flooded, tried plunging, no bueno. I put bath towels on the floor, had to leave the house, put in an emergency request. By the time I returned, maintenance had the issue resolved and was polite enough to put the soiled towels in the tub. Greatly appreciated. Thank you

It was not communicated that maintenance was coming to my apartment to fulfill the request. Also, I have been waiting for weeks for the parts to be in stock again.

My ceiling fan in my bedroom had broke. It was replaced in a timely manner and works great!! The only issue I had was it looked as if someone had stood on my bed with shoes as and there was dirt and stains all over my beading and sheets. There were also screws and ceiling pieces all over my bed sheets and carpets. I under stand my bed is under the fan but if some kind of mat or tarp could’ve been placed in between would’ve been great. Unfortunately the bedding was ruined and seemed like common sense to wasn’t applied. Fan works great though!
