I got home while he was in my apt. He didnt fix anything in ny request but he did clean my air vent just because? So i had to call the office for the actual issue

I submitted to have my A/C filter changed. As per usual, Fernando came promptly and did the job quickly. Excellent service!

Fernando was very nice and professional. I didn’t hear him knocking at the door. He came in and kept announcing himself while doing so until I made myself seen, he then apologized even though I was the one who didn’t hear the door. After he was done, he smiled and told me to have a great day.

Absolutely love living at Gatsby. Zahria was the one helping me deciding to move to the building. She is extremely professional, knowledgable, respectful, helpful and sweet every time. So as the manager and the rest of the management team. We always have fun events organized by management. I`m very happy living at Gatsby.

The ladies there are very kind and professional. The lady that assisted me, Zaharia Walker was especially helpful and her service was exemplary. I would highly recommend The Gatsby to any of my friends or associates

My interaction with maintenance was not pleasant. I felt they were being combative and dismissive. The issue they came to fix is a recurring problem. Not happy
