Toilet flooded, tried plunging, no bueno. I put bath towels on the floor, had to leave the house, put in an emergency request. By the time I returned, maintenance had the issue resolved and was polite enough to put the soiled towels in the tub. Greatly appreciated. Thank you

It was not communicated that maintenance was coming to my apartment to fulfill the request. Also, I have been waiting for weeks for the parts to be in stock again.

Adam with GREAT! A+ service. He was able to provide great insight on the property, answer all of my questions, and give me units that were tailored to my needs. He needs a raise!
