The maintenance department here is always on time! I don’t need them often but when I do make a request they take care of it quickly and professionally.

This team is the best so fast and considerate they give explanations and always leave notes and clean after themselves. they even fixed the work order that I didn’t have put in.

The elevators have been down a lot in the garage and the app access was down last night. But otherwise it has been good. My only large frustration is that, when I was in the hospital, the app to let people into my apartment unit barely worked. It really was a coin toss as to if I could give access. So that was not reliable. I think one thing that would have helped me when moving in was a more clear walkthrough of how to register my car considering I had to do it in two places. It got towed and I realized later that it was detailed in my move-in packet, but not really pointed out. I think that process was confusing.Otherwise, I feel that the walls are thick/sturdy and I live a very peaceful day-to-day. The trash valet service is great.
