The level of care that my family was shown as we had to get my father into a place quickly was top notch! We felt taken care of and our nerves were calmed. We feel that together as a family, we found the best place for Dad.

Also possible incentives offered to make entrance more affordable for our retired educator friend. Also very affirming for staff at the Garden Terrace rehab facility to tell.us they would choose Gen Care at Steel Lake above any other facility.

The staff members that I met were warm and friendly, the environment unhurried and calm. Our questions were answered and written information given to us to take home to refer to. Also told we could call with any questions. Very caring and thorough. We appreciated the time taken with us. Thank you.

SO many beatiful amenities! The staff so courteous and professional--with residents/visitors alike. CLEAN, spacious, extra corricula, fitness programs, craft, group togethers, elevators, menu. Love it all.
