I am the POA for my Brother who has moved to the facility. The staff and team were very helpful in every step of the process.

The attractive young woman who took us on a tour of Eagle Ridge GENCARE in Renton was well-informed, gracious, and well-spoken. Her name was Andrea Hacker. She was genuinely interested in us and our particular situation. We discovered we had a connection--her mother attended St. Anthony School as a child, and our two daughters attended school there (this was more than 25 years ago!) She took time with us (we wanted to see the cottages especially). My husband wasn't able to give her a possible move-in date, yet we did not feel pressured in any way. She invited us to have lunch (she would pay for it). What graciousness and what a favorable impression we had of GenCare Renton!

Both Andrea and Justin did a great job of showing us what we needed to see and answered all our questions

The staff I met were certainly welcoming. The public spaces had possibilities. The rooms I was shown seemed more than adequate. The amenities included were more than I expected

Your place is very charming and felt very warm while I was there, I just wish that I could have been able to move in and live at your lovely place. Thank you very much for all your people's kindness that was shown during both of my visit's. Darwin J Stewart

the fact that we can stay in the same apartment from independent living to assisted. And if our memory decreases we will not be asked to move unless we become a danger to ourselves.

We were impressed by the programming and the amount of interaction we saw amongst the residents. Although it's hard to coax my mom to take advantage of them and get out of her room, we still believe Gencare was the right place at the right time.
