Better move-in/community fee price, area of Seattle (near shopping and activities), and lots of opportunities for meeting people and learning new things. Good feeling in general. Good food, friendly people!

Welcoming staff and no waiting list. But the biggest selling point was the bright daylight (southern and eastern windows) in the apartment they showed me.
