Generally staff have been superb, with a warm, genuine Welcome and interest to provide for my needs. Other residents I knew before approached me easily to ask about my trip abroad, and Administration (Management, Desk staff, Dining Room, Custodial & House cleaning, Maintenance (& Mechanical staff), and Health and Wellness as well as Physical Activity/Exercise program Supervisor, all the way to our car & Bus Drivers have been genuinely interested and helpful to welcome me. I have been touched & impressed beyond words. Special thanks and recognition belongs to Neil Edwards for “holding” it all together. The location

It’s really the overall atmosphere. So friendly and warm. Location…I love this Ballard neighborhood and close proximity to the Sunday market. Your food service is over the top, we all loved it. Another thing I appreciated was that there were so many little sitting/reading nooks. Elliot was perfect…knowledgeable, patient, low-pressure. Can’t wait to come back. 🥳
