This was for my mother who was very reticent about making the move. Nina was so good with her, so understanding, so positive. Everyone working there had a smile on their face, took the time to say hello, and clearly had a great relationship with Nina which made the whole place seem safe and fun. Nina was quick to answer some of our follow up questions that evening and my mom decided to pay the community fee the next day to secure her apartment.

Gen Care is the right vibe. So many smiles, so many greetings. Staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. Exceeds our expectations. Really enjoying our first month there

It has the most positive living environment of any similar living community that we visited. The facilities, the staffing, the assistance provided, and the local site environment is excellent. We have a positive feeling of being here and living here. And, of course, the food, what is provided, how it is prepared and served is excellent as well.

Very good community setting and Parkinson’s support. The cost is rather high along with any additional care, but great organization and services !
