We could not have anticipated how VERY helpful everyone we have interacted with has been. While this has been a difficult time for our dad, the team at Gen Care has made all of us feel welcomed and supported.

The Vibe was wonderful, the residents were friendly and happy to share about their positive experiences, and the ability for a resident to transition from assisted living to memory care is very appealing. Also, the proximity to the water and the possibility of chaperoned walks on the waterfront was exciting.

Staff is friendly, responsive, helpful and caring. Residents seem engaged and happy. Everyone is welcoming. Activities are well attended. Facility and surrounding area are lovely.

Everything went smoothly.
