I love my little apartment, it has everything I need, hardwood floors, washing/dry connection, dishwasher, I'm on the ground floor. And with my heart condition that works for me well. Great neighborhood❗ And great neighbors. So I'm happy❗

I'd say overall it's been a very positive experience and a good place to live. I know there's been a couple owners since I've been living here and they did some positive things like put new windows in they refurbished most of the apartments now mine was not done not really sure why but I kind of like it the way it is. My apartment is difficult to describe. it's mostly built into the side of a hill so the entire back half is underground. I only say that because I know you guys talk about mold and mold something that I have fought with my entire time here because of the humidity and it being mostly underground in the back. I have a dehumidifier that I run 24 hours a day and I take out about 4 to 5 gallons of water a day. I'd like to send some pictures of it I don't know if there will be an area I can attach them or not. Of course like everything else rent has gone up and I understand that, I tried to talk to someone went into court originally but since most of these companies are out of town it's difficult to talk to somebody. At the time I wanted to discuss why my rent was going up as much as everybody else's when all the other apartments were redone and mine wasn't touched at all but it is what it is.. I will say that any issues I've had and had to deal with maintenance or set up an appointment. It has always gone off without a hitch and they have done a very good job in that respect.

The property is convenient to get on the highway to go to Chattanooga.

They are great about having things fixed if something goes bad

Things were great. Anything I needed done, got completed promptly.

You need to keep the lawn mowed.
