I’m extremely happy here and I love how quickly maintenance requests are completed. Only negative for me is that I have lived here over two years now and have never talked to a human! I don’t think there is an actual office. I don’t know who my actual landlord is. It is all done online through the app which in a lot of ways is convenient, but in the past when I’ve had a question (like about my lease) I can never get in contact with an actual person. I’ve lived in lots of apartments and have never dealt with that before so that is my only complaint. Otherwise great!

I assume you are refering to the water project. The team from Gordon Plumbing have been very courteous and seemed to work as quickly as possible. They were very concerned with causing as little problem to your tenants as they could.

Generation Property management is always responsive and addresses any issues we have in a timely manner.

Keith was fantastic. He was proactive, thoughtful, and patient. He was very professional throughout the process. My wife interacted with him primarily, and she echoes these sentiments.
