Great job, completed on time and very knowledgeable vendor..

i really like the house its super cute and nice all vry nice appliances and all nice little front porch driveway the only thing i dont like is the homeless man who lives at the end of the street who comes ad asks to charge his phone or asks to pay me to take showers which is tell him he is not allowed in house. also there is someone diagnal from me in one of the houses who has a bid dog who walks it not on a leash and it is scary i keep my little nephews alot and can t have them outside c of the dog

Maintenance guy was very friendly and communicative

I’m extremely happy here and I love how quickly maintenance requests are completed. Only negative for me is that I have lived here over two years now and have never talked to a human! I don’t think there is an actual office. I don’t know who my actual landlord is. It is all done online through the app which in a lot of ways is convenient, but in the past when I’ve had a question (like about my lease) I can never get in contact with an actual person. I’ve lived in lots of apartments and have never dealt with that before so that is my only complaint. Otherwise great!
