I’m very happy with the apartment but I’ve been living there since July 1 and I still don’t have hot water. It gets very warm but not hot.

Milltown needs an onsite manager to understand and respond to daily conditions, such as the parking lot hole by the dog park last year, the loose trash on streets, the neighbors who pose issues, people living in the front porches, etc. There are over 70 homes and townhouses in Milltown that would benefit from someone onsite. Additionally, I don't like the variable rent structure where my rent was raised when we renewed my lease so I pay $100-200 more a month than identical units in the complex. You should reward tenants who wish to renew, not give a disincentive to stay. For these reasons and the dangerous conditions for female young sdults here, we will move next year. Very happy here. Move in was easy and painless.When I put in a work order it is responded to right away and taken care of very quick.

Thanks for putting up the new double sided mailbox, I don't have to go out in the street traffic, with my handicapp, it's hard for me to move fast❗ So thanks, this truly is more safe for me❗😊 Thanks God bless ❗👍

I moved in July 1st. I love my new cozy place. The management is very thorough and quick to help.
