Joanne and Myles are excellent and do a great job! GPM phone service could be better at responding. But overall GPM has been very helpful at addressing issues and concerns.

The leasing assistants were very friendly, and helpful. They got me to the point of signing the lease in an efficient manner. Move-in day was a bit of stressful time because I could not contact to get the door code in a timely manner. This was just an honest mistake, and they were apologetic and remedied the issue. While we are very happy with our apartment, I don't know if it was necessarily "deep cleaned" before our move-in, which was slightly disappointing. But the GPM team has been incredibly responsive and kind. Any issues I present are being remedied and I genuinely am very happy with GPM and my apartment right now!

it would be nice if the replaced the gutter over the front of my apartment. it was hit by a truck or something a while ago and they kind of touched up the "foundation" because the truck moved it some, but the gutter was never put back up and the rain just pours straight off it. other than that, i really don't have any complaints

Generation has responded positively to all requests (even when the property owner didn't). The property is reasonably clean and well maintained.

Well it would have been nice if the little things could have been fixed when I moved in, such as knobs on the dressers in the bathroom missing, lights and drains in the bathroom work sometimes, but sometimes they don't, fixtures are old, and an apartment should get sprayed on the outside for bugs, ants, mosquitoes and other critters every now and than.
