Worker’s came in timely manner

My initial request for info got immediate response with a number to contact. My follow up questions were left unanswered. A number of days later, I tried again with the number and got immediate response with a very helpful team of people who guided us through a new lease even tho we were out of state. I’m glad I tried a 2nd time!

Five stars, because I appreciate the app for rent payments, maintenance requests, and the timely response to everything. Ezekiel is a boss. Gordon plumbing does a good job (though I wish they wore boot covers when they come in the house, because they leave some muddy footprints inside

Moved up to Chattanooga site unseen, Miles and the whole team at GPM was great at communicating with us the details and clarifying the whole process for moving in. Sofias Circle has been a great place to live at, close to a large majority of where you’ll probably be shopping at, all while being in a quite corner of east ridge with access to the walking trail system where a lot of residents walk their dogs or just go on walks, 10min walk on the trail to enter the camp Jordan sports complex. 10/10
