Your x-ray technician was so kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She had me to continually be at ease about the process. She explained what she was doing throughout. I hope she will continue my journey with me. Dr. Lo was her reflection or she his. Either way it was a great experience.

We very recently switched to Gentle Dental via a friend’s recommendation and just from the two interactions that I have had this far, are very much pleased with the location, with the administrative procedures(very efficient), Dr. Lo (knowledgeable & thorough in explanations) & the staff in general (very kind).
