Excellent 10 out of 10 rating in everything.

This visit was for a permanent crown installation. Here are my concerns: 1. The new crown is too big, It feels like this is the only tooth that makes contact with the low side. It hurts now. 2. The retainer I was using for years doesn’t fit anymore. 3. The crown surface is rough.I was hoping I will get used to all above, but it is getting worse.

I find it ridiculous that even if I owe $8 or my husband owes none of us can be seen until those $8 are paid.

I’ve been to many dentist trying to find one that would hear and understand my past bad experiences with dentists. Never had that luck until the day I walked into this dental clinic. I can describe it as AMAZING. The entire staff was kind of and friendly to me. The assistant was careful not to hurt me during x rays. I couldn’t believe it. I believe I will make this my dentist to stay.

The hygienist was very informative while she was working on my teeth, very nice and polite

As your office continues to expand, it’s very evident there isn’t enough office staff or admin. This makes staff on edge and unpleasant as they can’t keep up with demands.We shouldn’t have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes in the lobby and be called back to the counter to check out.I was also disappointed with my dental hygentiest. She would leave pieces of equipment dangling in my mouth without removing it. Water dripped down my face and she didn’t wipe it off.

I did not agree to a filling on my wisdom tooth. I was told at the prior appointment it was the tooth before the wisdom tooth. I expressly said I would want my wisdom teeth removed not filled. The dr still did the filling when he noticed his error. Also he said it was a missing area of enamel. After doing the procedure I was told it was very deep. I NEVER CONCENTED to this.
