I needed an appointment on a Monday or a Friday to put on my permanent cap. I was told that I could only come in on a Wednesday at noon. Then I waited an half hour to be seen due to two emergencies. I would have liked to have been told this prior to arriving or at least when I got there.

I like to come in every 6 months for a cleaning and exam. They only have appointments 8 1/2 months out. It was better when there were 2 dentists.

Very very hot office tight rooms. And the girl I. The reception desk was very sick with a chronic cough that literally scared me on top she was very very demanding on what Insurance covers and what it didn't Iam get my teeth cleaned that's it find better updated bigger rooms. Not soo hot in there. Unless Iam accommodated as a patient if not I go somewhere else .....

Everyone was very nice and friendly. Wait time was minimal. My only complaint was why the cleaning could not be done on same visit. Never had that experience before, and with people’s busy schedules, I can’t come back for two weeks

I felt very nervous going in to my appointment, but as soon as I walked in everyone was very friendly. From beginning to the end of my visit. They made me feel very comfortable and took their time explaining my treatment . I will definitely recommend Gentle Dental to friends and family!
