It wasn’t clear that my first appointment wasn’t going to be a “proper” appointment but an initial dental health screening appointment. It’s fine that this is your procedure, but it should have been made crystal clear when I was making the appointment.

Overall as a new patient it was decent. I was given a debridement yesterday and would of liked to know prior to the 5 minute procedure that my insurance did not cover it. The service was done and is essentially what would be part of a annual cleaning.

Bustling practice with new equipment. From the reception to hygienist to dentist, everyone was professional and kind. They reviewed all information with me in detail and helped me form a financial plan to address some missing crowns, etc.

Well, I’ve only had one visit, but I felt comfortable and relaxed, which is unusual for me because most dental offices. I am the complete opposite.
