Just x rays and initial visit. OK but would like to be more collaborative about x rays with the technician.

This was my first visit to Gentle Dental.My x-rays and exam went well. Doctor Krissey examined my x-rays and teeth. It was a painless exam. The entire staff is very good at communication and very friendly.

I had a really great experience at Gentle Dental! The front desk lady was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The new office manager went out of their way to be accommodating, and they took the time to ask me personal questions about my well-being, which felt thoughtful. Dr. Christine was also incredibly accommodating, and the entire visit was smooth and frictionless. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great staff very organized

It was my first time, everybody was super nice. Got some x rays and my teeth looked at. Scheduled a follow up appointment for work to be done. No complaints from me, staff was nice, the wait wasn’t too bad, and I got taken care of. Good stuff

The cleaning I needed took about 3 months to get. I was also over charged by $54 and I don’t even know who to get that back from.

Friendly staff, very thorough initial examination and x-rays and they were all so welcoming. They went out of their way to express their gratitude for choosing them and in making me feel so welcome and comfortable.
