Excellent as always. I drive an hour and a half to see Dr. Nached and the staff because they do an amazing job, are friendly and I always feel well taken care of.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:20, but it did not begin until well after 11:00.

After I called and left a message to inquire about cost and schedule and appointment, your AI chatbot texted me back and introduced themselves as a person named Katie. I clearly asked multiple times about cost and it gave a dramatically wrong price and told me to enroll in an inapplicable discount program. When I went to check out it was $340 more. Luckily you honored the price (for the most part, though I was still charged for something extra), but it’s inexcusable to not be monitoring this.
