After I called and left a message to inquire about cost and schedule and appointment, your AI chatbot texted me back and introduced themselves as a person named Katie. I clearly asked multiple times about cost and it gave a dramatically wrong price and told me to enroll in an inapplicable discount program. When I went to check out it was $340 more. Luckily you honored the price (for the most part, though I was still charged for something extra), but it’s inexcusable to not be monitoring this.

My appointment was cancelled twice between Nov-Dec of 2025. The second cancellation, I was in the parking lot when they cancelled. The receptionist said they would call to reschedule and never did. This is extremely frustrating because I missed out on a cleaning per my insurance for the 2025 year. Now I tried to schedule an appointment in Jan, and can't get in until April? It's not a good patient experience, and will be looking to see what other gentle Dentals have to offer in the area
