From the minute I walked in there's a calm atmosphere. Staff is friendly, courteous, professional and caring. Doctor Ali has a kindness that goes perfectly with his great communication skills. Choosing Gentle Dental of New Baltimore is a decision that I will not second guess.

my experience was absolutely great as it has always been in the past. I was a little concerned because of the new dentist, but he introduced himself for the second time and this time I got a chance to actually see his face since I didn’t have my glasses last time. The office staff is absolutely superb.
