Everyone I met was nice but I was actually quite frustrated. When I got there all they did was take pictures, I thought I was there for a cleaning. Then tried to have me come back the next day for a cleaning. Why would I come just for pictures and not get my teeth cleaned??? So weird and wasted my time tbh

Personnel all were very attentive and helpful.

I was greeting in a very friendly and professional manner by Alisha, who was very helpful getting me signed in and ready for the appointment. The waiting room is clean and spacious and everyone I met, from the X-Ray techs to the hygienist to Dr. O’Brien were so accommodating and friendly to this new patient. The exam was very thorough and my first clean mind was scheduled within a week. Thank you.

Felt like a used car dealership. Word for word we were hit w the same sales pitch from 3 different people.

The atmosphere seemed stressful from overcrowding and rushing personnel.Even the dentist seemed rushed and impatient.

Was told it was unethical to get a regular cleaning as a deep cleaning was recommended at a cost of over $1000 for 4 visits regular cleaning is covered by insurance. Huge red flag and I will be reporting visit to BBB

Techs and front desk persons were nice .pricing is more than expected . didnt get a cleaning or a gift bag.. maybe

In short, it’s what you can expect when you choose a private equity dental office. Theres no patient centric focus or personal level of interaction. Plus, the treatment costs are outrageous - even after insurance it’s less expensive to travel to Los Algodones to get work done.
