Unprofessional staff

Had two previous appointments (Feb and May) canceled for lack of staff, so although I attempted to keep to a 6 month pace, I ended up waiting a year for my next visit.

The dentist looked told me what was wrong gave me two options and then just walked out of the room, I went there with severe pain and I did not get a resolution for the pain that day, not even antibiotics to lessen the chance of infection. My appointment felt rushed and I felt like I was an inconvenience in his schedule
