My cleaning was canceled twice. Which led to dental issues

I’ve been coming to this office for years and I’ve never been treated so poorly, the Secretary that was checking me out was very Rude as I expressed my experience with the new dentist , who provided. Service to me without introducing himself to me , No bed side manners , it was just a poor and unpleasant experience

I felt rushed with my teeth cleaning. I feel like she didn’t take her time. Did not enjoy this experience.

I like how my Dentist explained what he was gonna do,no pain
