The front desk staff was friendly and helpful which immediately helped relax me and exceed expectations. The waiting room was comfortable and spacious. The individual exam room was clean and comfortable. Every procedure was explained before, during, and after. Having not been to the dentist in several years, there was only dealing with the current situation and no judgement or criticism, which was a worry of mine after having lapsed professional care. Very happy with the experience.

Staffing issues relayed appropriately by the office

I went in for my first appointment where I asked for a cleaning and check up. I had them sent x rays from just a year ago, so they didn’t need to take x- rays. A dentist ended up just looking in my mouth, talked about buying an electric toothbrush and then told me the dental hygienist wasn’t available and I had to schedule a follow up for the cleaning….but I originally scheduled a cleaning so…. I took time off work for nothing. That was disappointing.
