Coming to this office is always a wonderful caring professional experience. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Nicole the hygienist is excellent and very caring and sweet. Everyone is just so great i love going there. Thank you for such a great office staff

What I didn't like was that they didn't respect my appointment time.

I was unable to hear my hygenist during appt9, and was honestly stunned with the fact that Dr. Valentine didnt share out loud anything about my scans. Ive usually had sit down time with past dentists. Her time with me was less than 2 minutes.

Great staff. Great communication.

First off I appreciate that Gentle Dental took me so fast after I called. And I really like Dr Valentine. But my complaint is the charge of $150 for 15 minutes I was there. I know they took an x-ray, and Dr Valentine look in my mouth, but I didn’t have anything done to justify that amount of money.

I was scheduled 9 months out then the day before the office called to cancel. I was told I would get a call to reschedule later in the day. Nobody called and I was sent a new appointment date about two weeks later different day and time that I had to make work to avoid being pushed another three months.
