As a patient with anxiety about dentist you guys were fantastic.

The staff was very friendly. Dr. Valentine was very professional and informative.

First time at Gentle Dental. I was impressed at how quickly the dentist was able to get an old crown off, preparing the tooth for new crown and getting rid of the cavity on the tooth. It was quick and painless. Would highly recommend this dentist and her assistant.

I was told maybe 3 weeks ago that I had cavities on both sides of my mouth. I was told that I would do the right one first and than the second. Between the two appointments 3 weeks probably went by. Yesterday I was told that the left side cavity was worse and might have to get a root canal eventually. This was never communicated with me before or I would have asked to get my left side done first because it was worse. I just don’t appreciate this information not being told to me from the start.

Coming to this office is always a wonderful caring professional experience. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Nicole the hygienist is excellent and very caring and sweet. Everyone is just so great i love going there. Thank you for such a great office staff

What I didn't like was that they didn't respect my appointment time.

I was unable to hear my hygenist during appt9, and was honestly stunned with the fact that Dr. Valentine didnt share out loud anything about my scans. Ive usually had sit down time with past dentists. Her time with me was less than 2 minutes.

First off I appreciate that Gentle Dental took me so fast after I called. And I really like Dr Valentine. But my complaint is the charge of $150 for 15 minutes I was there. I know they took an x-ray, and Dr Valentine look in my mouth, but I didn’t have anything done to justify that amount of money.
