The apartment complex itself is very nice and well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which I really appreciate. However, the biggest issue here is not the property—it’s the lack of management support when it comes to neighbor-related problems.I have been dealing with an ongoing situation with a downstairs neighbor who has been extremely disruptive. There is constant banging on their ceiling (my floor) in response to normal everyday activities like walking, using the shower, flushing the toilet, or vacuuming—at any time of day. On top of that, there have been multiple instances where loud music is played late at night, sometimes seemingly in retaliation after complaints.Despite reporting this issue to management multiple times, no meaningful action has been taken, and the problem continues. It feels like there is little to no enforcement of community guidelines or consideration for residents’ right to peaceful living.Overall, while the property itself is great, the living experience can be very challenging if you end up with difficult neighbors, as management does not seem to effectively address these situations.

Wish people would keep laundry room cleanner and if no trash can available by elevator please don’t throw on floor outside in garage if you drop food in elevator please pick up your mess
