Dr. BRANCHE listen to me in regarding my knees.

I saw Dr Branch snd he was so thorough although my problem was not resolved. I came for a consultation and discovered that my issue was not severe enough for a full knee replacement. I appreciate his patience in explaining the issue that I now clearly understand.

Lovely staff, great instructions on follow up, pragmatic approach to care, and love that X-rays can be done onsite.

Everything from the phone call to make the appointment through meeting Dr. Branche was exceptional. I couldn’t believe how nice and accommodating the receptionist staff was which most definitely set the tone. Dr Branche and his assistant were amazing. What I appreciated the most was how the Dr. made me and my son feel at easy and thoroughly went over everything and didn’t make us feel rushed. I would recommend the Anderson Clinic and most definitely Dr. Branche to anyone seeking their services. Thank you again 😊

I had fallen and injured my left ankle and right foot. Your website advertises the Anderson Clinic as an alternative to the ER except for illness etc. Based on this information, I visited your clinic, but was told when I arrived that they would only x-ray one limb. They told me to choose the injury that hurt most. I was going to leave and go to the ER, but just decided to at least get started with one limb. I figured I would treat the other limb when circumstances permitted. It turned out that my ankle was fractured and when I saw the doctor the next day, they finally did an x-ray and found my right foot was also fractured. Your "one limb" policy is confusing and doesn't make sense. However, if that is your policy, it should be clearly stated on your website so patients can make an informed decisions about how to seek treatment. I was very happy with the care otherwise.

Yesterday when I was at the appointment check-in the woman at the desk was being really rude and loud mouthing me. Very unprofessional behavior. After the walk-in check-in women arrived and helped me out.

Dr. Branche is amazing!!

His assistant Jasmine is wonderful. Very attentive. Dr. Branche was what I expected based on my referrals comments which he highly recommended him. Great personality and knowledgeable.

Would be nice to be able to complete paperwork before arriving. Portal did not clearly or completely provide this feature.
