I have been unable to reach the scheduler to set my surgery date. She was supposed to call me but hasn’t. I have called her twice and emailed her once and haven’t gotten a response. This is very frustrating.

When making my appointment the connection was terrible. There was background noise and it was not clear and some of her words I couldn't hear at all. She also put me on hold twice while I was making the appointment and I don't know why.

Dr Branch is the best I had a surgery 2 years ago and he did an amazing job by the hands of GOD I’m getting another surgery by him
