PA Kristin Carlini took time to listen and evaluate my shoulder pain. She reviewed my xray and explained what was going on with my shoulder.Kristin evaluated my pain with simple arm movements with care.She explained the two options. MRI or a shot in my shoulder to relieve the pain and relax muscles.I appreciate the personal care Kristin provided.

I need a follow up appointment but it can't be done at the front desk when I'm leaving apparently. It should have been done in my appointment? So now I have to remember to call back during business hours to schedule one. Please make this easier.

Loved the Professionalism & bedside manner of Dr. Blanche. He listened to my explanation of my issue. The assistants ( technician had great interpersonal skills and didn’t try to rush me in the office. She listened to me & asked questions. And lastly the radiologist was also very polite & professional. I felt very comfortable at the facility.

Dr Btanche's evaluation and recommended path forward was excellent.his care for me has been great. My only fault was waiting in the exam room for nearly 50 minutes. Understand late day appointments can get backed up but after 30 min i would have appreciated an update front staff.
