Dr. Branche is the best surgeon in the whole world!

Dr Branche is an excellent physician and took his time to assess and discuss my options as the patient. The clinic itself is very corporate in that you get filed through and then I get a PT referral and I call the dedicated PT phone number and it’s impossible to reach the office then I finally reach someone to then tell me “please hold I’ll put you through to that office” just to then get put into a voicemail box. By the time I got a call back I’m schd my first PT for 3wks out. Like I said, Branche is fantastic but the company’s approach on care is frustrating
