It would be nice if there were chairs in the building lobby to sit for people with mobility problems while waiting for transportation. It was difficult to stand for such a long time on one foot/crutches while checking in. It would be nice if you had a lower check in counter and a seat or a wheelchair.

Kristin was great. She was professional, listened patiently, and provided clear action to address my injury.
