The only criticism- you are VERY busy so setting up appointments can be challenging. My biggest complement is that even though it’s busy, I never feel rushed during an appointment and you exercise a high standard of professionalism.

I have been unable to reach the scheduler to set my surgery date. She was supposed to call me but hasn’t. I have called her twice and emailed her once and haven’t gotten a response. This is very frustrating.

When making my appointment the connection was terrible. There was background noise and it was not clear and some of her words I couldn't hear at all. She also put me on hold twice while I was making the appointment and I don't know why.
