I and my wife have had previous visit and treatment provided by Dr. Branche and had been totally satisfied with the service he provided.

I love how personable the staff is. Dr. Branche is wonderful.

It's hard to get records that Dr. Branche says are easy to get. I need those records to validate his diagnosis made in the early 90s and to continue his treatment without other invasive treatments. But everyone is friendly, and Dr. Branche is the BEST knee and shoulder doctor I've ever had. I hardly ever give out 5 five stars because everyone can do better.

It would be helpful to have a computerized registration form. I completed the forms beforehand and sent them over email. Upon getting to the front desk, I was requested to fill them all out again. However, the nurse that called me in just asked me to forward the email which was then used by the doctor.
