Dr. Branche’s assistant took her time to review the reasons why I was meeting with the Doctor and set up the MRI results.Dr. Branche was welcoming and made me feel comfortable about my appointment. He took his time to explain the MRI results and plan of action starting with the least invasive procedure. He explained the procedure before he started, and continued until the procedure was complete.His smile, fun socks, and comforting manner helped me feel more at ease and comfortable. Highly recommended!! 🙂

I had fallen and injured my left ankle and right foot. Your website advertises the Anderson Clinic as an alternative to the ER except for illness etc. Based on this information, I visited your clinic, but was told when I arrived that they would only x-ray one limb. They told me to choose the injury that hurt most. I was going to leave and go to the ER, but just decided to at least get started with one limb. I figured I would treat the other limb when circumstances permitted. It turned out that my ankle was fractured and when I saw the doctor the next day, they finally did an x-ray and found my right foot was also fractured. Your "one limb" policy is confusing and doesn't make sense. However, if that is your policy, it should be clearly stated on your website so patients can make an informed decisions about how to seek treatment. I was very happy with the care otherwise.

Yesterday when I was at the appointment check-in the woman at the desk was being really rude and loud mouthing me. Very unprofessional behavior. After the walk-in check-in women arrived and helped me out.
