I would prefer getting a written scrip for RX to take to pharmacy in the future Somehow my prescription did not get to pharmacy and it was a Friday. Had I not double checked with pharmacy I would not have known and not been able to start the antibacterial mouthwash when I was told to. All ended up fine as I was able to get a message to Dr Maranon who reached the pharmacy and I was able to get what I needed on time.

Experience sure builds your confidence.

The experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Desk staff, medical staff, and doctor were all caring and super patient. I can see why my new ortho who I will be working with recommended me here. The staff went out of their way to explain everything to my mom in spanish (which Im an adult and they still wanted her to know since she would come with me), the doctor went out of his way to call me before surgery if I had more questions and even after surgery. The only improvement I see is to keep up the amazing work and care that all of you have for your patients. Thank you :)
