Had to clean the entire apartment before moving in cobwebs everywhere very shitty job of cleaning had too wipe paint off the counters from overspray maintenance did not do a good job at all getting apartment ready some of the cabinets in the kitchen. The shelves are broke.

Brandi did a great job helping and answering all of my questions.

The move in process went really well, the apartment was clean and no issues with the appliances. The only hiccup was that there was an abandoned car parked in my assigned spot for about a week, but they had it removed after I spoke to them a couple times about it. Overall, I’m happy with the apartment.

The rent is very expensive and I wish all the apartments were lower or low income people that are on Social security disability

Apartment was kinda dirty when we arrived, which is not a huge issue just added a little more work for us. Multiple things broken, hall closet all the way towards the back has bb holes in wall and closet and there was bullets left inside closet. The dryer has the tube not attached and full of lint. The blinds in guest room do not go down, it’s pretty broken. Super easy process to move everything though!! Enjoying our place so far just a couple things broken that we have sent repair orders for! :)

I really enjoyed how I was able to have the whole weekend to move in! It made things a lot less stressful

I love this place I’ve lived here for over a year and just started new lease and I just love the community and staff and it’s safe and quiet, great place to be
