Very good experience. Staff is honest concise and kind. What was advertised is what was delivered when it comes to living space, amenities, and hospitality. We are grateful that we made the decision to move to Georgetown park!

Move-in was very easy and quick; employees were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Apartment was exactly as promised - updated and clean!

Took some time because I didn't have alot of help but finally got it done. I also have a hard time getting up from the potty. Do you have any raised toilets? Besides that I love the woods outside 😌 and it's very quiet.

The staff was very helpful, the apartment looked great, the only issue is my thermostat did not work correctly and the fan has been running non stop since Friday the 16th, and turning the thermostat to off does not turn off the fan.
