The leasing agent was very nice. The outside of the property was dirty cigarettes butts all over the ground. The steps that go into the breeze way were very dangerous. The breezeway it’s self was dirty so were the steps looked really bad spider webs. Looks like your ground people are doing a poor job of maintaining the outside. This has nothing to do with the leasing agent as I’m sure he can’t only do so much. I blame upper management. This is not a very desirable place for me I sure don’t want to look out or come out and see someone working on a car or broke down vehicles. The big deal for me is no handicap spaces for parking the disabled. Again Oscar was very nice and very helpful.

The maintenance team is always very professional and respectful to me and does things in a thorough and timely manner

We need cameras installed in common areas. There have been car break-ins also a group of teenagers either visiting or living here shooting firearms. The incident yesterday was at 1:30ish pm as I was waiting on someone to take me to a doctor's appointment out front of my building and the teenagers walked to the rear of the building and shots were fired. As I notified authorities walking to my apartment I seen the teenagers walk through our parking lot and in to one the brick townhouses in this complex. The shots are fired usually at night but quite often. The officer told me it would be great if cameras were installed so any criminal activity could be identified. As I live alone yes this frightens me.

Thank you to Pat for sending someone , although my refrigerator went out over the weekend she considered it as an emergency and worked swiftly. Our previous maintenance men were in training, however she sent someone out and was even willing to come out herself if she had to. Thank you all . I tried to wait to that Monday because these men are very hard working and I didn't think my food would spoil , however I'm satisfied Thank you.

Tenants pay for property damage they caused. The plumbing has always been slow. I've had to pour bleach to clean the drain, however the monthly treatments did not help with the blockage. The boifilm was so thick and dark as well as the drain in the tub had dried pant in the drain when used the maintenance drain cleaner that breaks down materials in the drain. We do not put wipes in the drain.
