The maintenance guy did come and look at the ceiling in the bathroom and took a picture of the ceiling but that was it nothing else was done to fix the problem. Is this matter going to get resolved? The overall if I’m satisfied is yes and no because the problem hasn’t been fixed.

Pat was very patient and considerate and most of all accommodation was my biggest need and she done just that prior to the previous person that never returned my call or even answered calls and the leasing office door. I was guided by a resident to try again and this time I was pleased. I feel she's genuine and professional. We need more people like Ms. PAT SERIOUSLY.

The rent and extra fees associated with the water usage is extremely unfair. The rent is way too high for the lack of services and amenities and the water should be billed separately from the rent. There are way too many criminals living within the apartment complex. My 9 yr old daughter was attacked by a group of teens living at 92 E Hudson blvd. I reported it to the police and the apartment complex yet nothing has been done about it. I no longer feel safe living here with my children especially for the amount we pay in rent. It’s simply not worth it. Theft everywhere, no amenities, no pool, crime ridden, poor maintenance…..regret moving here!!!

Everything was finished and fixed. Except for the front door
