I had a hard time making request on the portal, other than that everything went well.

The maintenance guy did come and look at the ceiling in the bathroom and took a picture of the ceiling but that was it nothing else was done to fix the problem. Is this matter going to get resolved? The overall if I’m satisfied is yes and no because the problem hasn’t been fixed.
