Great

Had trouble getting through on the phone

Nothing to improve so far

I was more than satisfied with the promptness of the maintenance crew. They have always been very professional and very patient while I ask questions. Great team Carlos and Johnny.

I had a hard time making request on the portal, other than that everything went well.

Somewhat, concerning my Section 8 .

The maintenance guy did come and look at the ceiling in the bathroom and took a picture of the ceiling but that was it nothing else was done to fix the problem. Is this matter going to get resolved? The overall if I’m satisfied is yes and no because the problem hasn’t been fixed.

Pat was very patient and considerate and most of all accommodation was my biggest need and she done just that prior to the previous person that never returned my call or even answered calls and the leasing office door. I was guided by a resident to try again and this time I was pleased. I feel she's genuine and professional. We need more people like Ms. PAT SERIOUSLY.
