I need to reschedule my visit. I had an emergency come up and wasn't able to reach out directly to the office.

Nobody has came to fix any of our maintenance problems for over 5 months now with multiple requests by phone and in person and no one has contacted us either !! Nothing has still been fixed

Georgetown representative had excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable about the property. I would like to lease property with Georgetown.

Impossible to get someone on the phone, when I leave voicemails they do not return calls nor do they return emails. They sure do like to harass us for the rent every single day though using phone calls, emails, notes on the door, ect. They want us to correct any issues they have with us in a timely manner but we have to physically go into the office to speak with someone and then our issues still don't get resolved. Be nice if communication was better.
