Better lighting in the photos you provide of the property would be nice. Also more photos of different angles and explanation captions.

I can say that the people who work on the grounds are really decent people however I will say there are a few things that could be worked on but all in all it's not a bad rental property

Do more better at fixing things on time just like y'all want rent money on time, worry more about the inside of these apartments and quit worrying about how the outside look, hire more maintenance to fix things on time and get the pool up and running!

We have already gave feedback everyone in this complex has. Y'all are continuing to ignore us. Please get rid of saves she is hurting the company and causing your balance to be in a delinquent status. She is rude to people and has no empathy. Y'all have a lot of vacant buildings but serving eviction notices instead of working with people and letting them make payments! Y'all are hiding the reviews! Y'all are retaliating towards people I know some people in particular, refusing to renew leases with no valid explanation. Y'all only send these surveys to certain people. Sabra never responds and when she does she is rude and for the love of god stop doing patch work. Those are ways you can improve.

Actually fix the issues instead of patching them up. I have not been able to use all the appliances in my home that I pay for, in over a year. And the work orders just keep getting closed out or pushed to the side unless they minor fixes. Which doesn’t always happen either I’m highly dissatisfied
