Was scheduled at the Whiteford Road dealer rather than the Roosevelt Avenue dealer. Not sure what happened.Staff has always been very kind and helpful. Even though my car was accidentally scheduled at the wrong facility the Roosevelt Ave., Kia Mitsubishi worked me in with no problems whatsoever.Extremely courteous, professional, and explain everything that was done or needed with the vehicle

The addition of the enclosed drive-in drop off facility proves its value especially in the winter cold of 15 deg. Service Advisor Mike Moose continues to do the job that is expected and done with a sincere personal relationship to make the customer feel appreciated that I choose to have our vehicle worked on.Consistently courteous and clear in their communications.

I waited while my car was worked on - nearly two hours. I asked to have the TV changed to news or a morning talk show. Staff said corporate wants them to show recorded film of "something only a mechanic would want to watch" (my words). I said they used to show regular TV for waiting customers. The waiting room was not customer friendly. Staff did try to change the TV but there were no batteries in the remote.

The TV was showing mechanic stuff about cars. I'm 67yo female. That was so boring. They used to have talk shows or home and garden shows or news on. I've been coming to this location since the 1980s. Also, I had to have staff show me how to use the fancy coffee maker. Then I showed another customer later. Staff did come back later to try to change the tv for me but there were no batteries in the remote.Clock was two hours and a couple minutes off. No big deal
