Waiting area is too sterile, no windows to see outside, feels too confining!This is a new dealership, I was always happy with York Mitsubishi, but I have a wait and see attitude about the new organization. My main concern is that the service that I am offered is really needed and that I am not being sold something that is really not necessary.I don't like dealing with a computer when I call, I much prefer to speak with a person!

The advisor that booked my appointment was courteous, professional and work with me to find an appointment date with a loaner vehicle. Matt Porter did a great job!The fabric on some of the chairs appear to be dingy and should be cleaned.If I haven't serviced my vehicle at this facility for years it would be difficult for me to navigate to the service area.York Mitsubishi always returned my vehicle to me in a better condition than it was dropped off. They always took pride in washing any of my vehicles so they were returned clean when I picked them up.My family has bought several Mitsubishi Vehicles over the years and I have also promoted Mitsubishi friends and family have also purchased Mitsubishi vehicles because of my praise and the product sales team and service however after this last experience it makes me question whether or not I will be purchasing or recommending Mitsubishi to anyone.I know Mitsubishi doesn't have a large variety of products but what they build they build well and they continue to be reliable products this service interaction has just made me less than satisfied.I scheduled my vehicle around availability of the loaner vehicle as I had done for 10 plus years with York Mitsubishi. However when I arrived I was asked to wait in the waiting room for approximately 15 minutes until the service manager Mike Womick came and explained that he didn't have a loaner vehicle and I would not qualify for a loaner vehicle even though I had scheduled my appointment to have one. No call no notification to me at all.

The front side of the bumper had oil finger print. It was just a little but I washed my car just 1 day prior to the service.
