Service Adviser was very prompt with getting my car in for this service, it was a work in visit and was completed very quickly. I appreciated the way all was handled.Service Advisor Matt Porter was very helpful and courteous. Took the time to explain what the service was going to be and how it would be done.

Another deal in Harrisburg said they had a similar car but then when I got there "couldn't find it " and tried to sell me what they had on the lot. Another dealer in Quakertown advertised a price but wouldn't honor it and then tried to have me finance it by saying "there's no prepay penalty " but you have to keep loan for 90 days (so that's me paying interest for 3 months) and wouldn't lower MSRP ????? I'm good with math so yeah.. they didn't get my money. Giambalvo didn't do any of this - they told me the truth and there wasn't any backroom add ons or surprises.I went to several dealers and shopped for best price.Conner (my sales consultant) didn't mess around and was true to his word.The owner was fabulous to work with and the services they provide are well worth me driving 30 minutes farther.The 1st time in my 60 years of buying cars that I actually enjoyed the process.

I continue to have our '17 Outlander serviced at same place was purchased new because how well treated I am as a customer and work performed it proper and honest.Mike the Service Advisor is great communicator with positive attitude.
