Another deal in Harrisburg said they had a similar car but then when I got there "couldn't find it " and tried to sell me what they had on the lot. Another dealer in Quakertown advertised a price but wouldn't honor it and then tried to have me finance it by saying "there's no prepay penalty " but you have to keep loan for 90 days (so that's me paying interest for 3 months) and wouldn't lower MSRP ????? I'm good with math so yeah.. they didn't get my money. Giambalvo didn't do any of this - they told me the truth and there wasn't any backroom add ons or surprises.I went to several dealers and shopped for best price.Conner (my sales consultant) didn't mess around and was true to his word.The owner was fabulous to work with and the services they provide are well worth me driving 30 minutes farther.The 1st time in my 60 years of buying cars that I actually enjoyed the process.

I was sent a quote via email for my oil change and inspection of almost $400, but when I got to the dealership, it was must lower. Not sure why things were quoted so expensive, but glad that wasn’t what I had to paySeems like Giambalvo is scheduling too many cars. Was scheduled weeks out for service (oil change & inspections). Was unable to wait with my car. Had to drop off and take shuttle service, which wasn’t convenient for me. Never had this issue before Giambalvo took over. Fearful service will suffer due to them being too busy and over booked.Don’t like the change to Giambalvo. Scheduling was difficult and I was not able to wait for my car.

Could barely get an appointment 2 weeks out... It is always like this at York MitsubishiYou really don't deserve it but the 2nd service writer told me to give him agood review... Which he deserved butthe 1st Service Writer in the middle(Older Fatter) does not deserve a goodReview... He was rude and very accommodating... I barely could get anAppointment for a simple oil changeAnd I am very experienced in Auto RepairFor 30 years so I know automotive…Everytime I go to YORK Mitsubishi IKnow why I buy a new Mitsubishi atPLATINUM in Mechanicsburg every year

The only issue that I have had, which is minimal, when I asked to have the maintenance record updated on my dash the mileage is way way off. Staff told me to stop by anytime and they would try to adjust it, but sometimes there is a problem with that on the outlanders. Decided to wait till I have car inspected in February and we will try once again to set the maintenance alert on my dash. That alert really helps me. Make sure that my car gets serviced when it’s supposed to.Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful with suggestions. Never felt put off or ignored.
