Matt was very polite and professional, and I just couldn't stay any longer to make sure the inside was cleaned had to get to another appointmentWhen I came back to have my new tire put on, it took a very long time, but when I saw my vehicle sitting outside, I knew it was finish, but poor Matt was alone at the front area trying to take care of everyone. Apparently, everyone else went to lunch. The person who took care of my car was told by Matt to make sure he vacuumed out my car from the dirt caused by placing the dirty tire inside with one of the back seats put down, which he never did.

I just couldn't believe they had to order a tireI had to make another appointment to have a tire replaced.Placed the dirty tire in the back of my SUVAs big as your dealership is they would have at least 1 tire that was needed for my vehicle.I came in without an appointment, low tire pressure warning light after putting air in my tires 3 times, then I just knew there was something wrong. Matt was very nice and took my car in, found a roofing nail in my tire, said they didn't have my type of tire in stock, they will have a tire there within a day, but didn't have any openings for a week, really. So, they put on the spare tire and placed the bad tire in the back of my SUV, dirty, they could have least laid paper down or something, plus I bought my car at this dealership, you would think they would have at least 1 tire in stock.
